We are looking to engage a Marketing Manager to support the Senior Marketing & Agency Manager in developing highly effective marketing communication for Through The Line retail activations across paid, owned and earned media. You will also play an integral role in the end to end execution aligned to the trade plan specifically on activation of our core offers, shopper POS on the path to purchase, competitor incursions and Local Area Marketing.

 

You’ll take us further by:

•    Providing Industry Leadership on activation across a wide section of disciplines;

•    Developing, executing and measuring winning end to end integrated marketing campaigns with clear channel plans that fully maximise all owned and partner channels;

•    Mapping out the path to purchase, to ensure our offers are communicated on the right touchpoints from home, through forecourt and in store;

•    Collaborating with our Merchandise & Promotions Team to manage promotional execution in stores with vendor input;

•    Execution of our partnerships in stores eg. Boost Juice and Guzman Y Gomez;

•    Once campaign metrics are agreed, taking responsibility for owning the process to ensure results are shared in the correct format and enabling Marketing ROI to be calculated;

•    Managing effective relationships between creative and media agencies, and the print company to deliver best in class retail activation;

•    Drawing upon your deep commercial knowledge in marketing communications, preferably with direct Retail or Retail Client exposure;
•    Successfully engaging a broad group of stakeholders and communicate key information effectively.
