We are currently looking for a Recruitment Advisor to partner with our retail business to deliver effective, responsive and efficient end to end recruitment activity.  You will work closely with our Business Managers and Store Managers nationally to support the recruitment of Customer Service Attendants and Store Managers.  Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Reviewing, sourcing and screening perspective candidates via video assessments and phones screens when required;
  • Providing qualified shortlists to Hiring Managers;
  • Managing and developing talent pools within Success Factors (Recruitment System);
  • Providing guidance and support to managers throughout the recruitment process on recruitment best practice;
  • Generating and managing the Letter of Offers process;
  • Providing an exceptional candidate experience;
  • Providing input and recommendations for recruitment process enhancements.

 

To be successful you will have previous recruitment experience in an Advisor/Coordinator capacity.   Previous high volume recruitment experience would be an advantage however, is not essential. You will have the ability to prioritise and manage your workload whilst working in a fast paced, high volume environment.  In addition, you will have exceptional communication and organisation skills and a quick ability to pick up new systems and processes.
